What's My Home Worth?

The answer to this question depends on a number of factors. Initially, we will do an in-depth market analysis on your property. This will give us useful information on homes that have sold in your neighborhood, homes that are in escrow and homes that are actively listed for sale. Once we have these details, we can access the high, low and median values for the last six months on homes that most closely match your property. A bank appraiser sent in by your buyer's lender will, essentially, access the same information.

In addition, based on our expertise and knowledge of your neighborhood, we try to gauge several aspects for the most appropriate pricing of your home - including, but not limited to, the mindset of the buying public, the time of year, the desireability of your neighborhood, the condition of your property, your motivation levels, the school district and similar considerations.
